He was the first person in Gujarat to build a certain form of Post weld heat treatment (P.W.H.T.) or Stress Relieving (S.R.) by internal firing heating method in vessels & tanks; He had designed & manufactured special kind of Bogie hearth & modular furnaces by which placement of jobs are kept free from flame implementation or dark spots.
He had knowledge of total electrical resistance heating methods. As a technician, he gained complete knowledge and linguistic abilities in all N.D.T. (Non-Destructive Testing), including radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic
Particle testing and dye penetrate testing.
